HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PARCEL?
Your parcel takes 1-7 days to arrive to you because it depend the shipping methods you choosed. we use normal shipping which is 7-14 days delivery, express delivery delivery which is 2-3 days delivery and we have express overnight delivery which is within 24 hours delivery.
Once your order is shipped you receive a confirmation from the delivery company and the tracking number for you to track and locate your parcel at any time before it arrives to you.
DOES YOUR SHOP ACCEPT RETURNS?
When you receive your package, be sure to check the items to make sure they are working. We will provide a refund for or replace defective items. Please return the items in their original packaging within 14 days. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded.
In your return package please include:
The original packing slip
A note telling us what the problem was
A note stating whether you would like a refund or a replacement of the defective item.
Please note: As part of the return process, upon receipt of an authorized return, if the returned item is found to be in perfect working condition, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement or refund. Refunds will be applied to your payment account.

Yes we ship international. You can order from anywhere in the world and have our products arrive right to you. Cost is applied during the checkout process of your order.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT’S BEEN PLACED?
It is possible to change an order that has not yet shipped (note that orders generally ship within 18 hours after confirmation of your payment). If you would like to change your order, please Email us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.

What type of packaging do you use?
Packaging is chosen to meet the specific needs of the product being packaged. Most of our chemicals are packaged in borosilicate vials with Teflon septa screw caps or crimped septa caps. Specialty packaging may be used for products with specific needs for sealing, such as flame-sealed glass ampules for our Certified Reference Materials (CRMs). If you have specific packaging requirements, please contact our Customer Service staff for assistance.

What time can I expect my package to arrive?
Packages shipped at room temperature arrive within 3 days. Packages shipped via standard overnight shipping will arrive before 4:30 PM the next business day. Packages that are shipped Priority One are guaranteed to be delivered by 10:30 AM the next business day. The additional cost for using the Priority One service is approximately $15-20.
